The Fine Print
  1. When booking you must allow reasonable time to reach your pick-up point.
  2. It is important to keep our office phone number while you are travelling also at time of booking, you must provide valid phone number and email address.
  3. We will not be held liable for any incorrect information provided at time of booking.
  4. You can add additional passengers or luggage but not exceeding the vehicle type you ordered.
  5. You must provide local date and time (UK).
  6. All prices are in pound sterling.
  7. Our prices are quoted per vehicle.
  8. Prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at time of booking.
  9. Additional drop offs and pickups or any diversions will be chargeable.
  10. You can pay by any debit/credit card except American Express by Online Booking.
  11. You can pay by any debit/credit card except American Express by phone.
  12. Blueline Marton Cars will accept any cancellations on long distance runs made before dispatching of vehicle, this must be done by telephone only.
  13. Blueline Marton Cars will not refund
    • If a booking is for the wrong date, flight number, contact details and any other wrong information which may lead to not picking up.
    • If passengers leave the pickup point without informing us for any reason.
  14. It is your responsibility to inform Blueline Marton Cars if you cannot locate the driver or want to change your journey or if you have missed your flight/cruise.
  15. Refund requests and payments will need to be made by telephone only.
  16. We try our level best to provide the requested type of vehicle, but you may get a similar class vehicle in case of unavailability. i.e BMW 3 series instead of Audi A4
  17. You must book a suitable vehicle for the number of passengers and luggage. Please note that a child (any age) also counts as one passenger
  18. All airports and cruise ports pickups are 20 minutes free waiting from your required pickup time, thereafter there will be a charge of 20p per minute (99% customers pay only fixed prices, no extra charges).
  19. Charges may be applied that depend on the losses it has caused the pre-allocated driver such as parking charges.
  20. Pickup from hotels, homes, offices or other places, first 15 minutes are free thereafter will be chargeable 20p per minute for waiting.
  21. Any fouling of the vehicle by any passenger will be charged minimum £30.00.
  22. The driver will take the route to destination by considering the traffic, road work, diversions and others.
  23. The driver has the right to refuse any passengers that he feels may be a threat to him/herself or vehicle.
  24. The driver has the right to refuse any passengers having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle unsafe on the road.
  25. You are responsible to load and unload your belongings, our driver or company can help with loading and unloading but we will not accept any liability for loss or damage to luggage.
